There are two types of Southside City real estates. The first is the public iteration. In order to prevent our game world from becoming stagnant and quite un-lively like every single metaverse in existence, 50% of all buildings in the map are "temp claimable." For the duration of one's login, you're free to claim a building and build whatever you like on it. Your build is reset upon disconnecting from the game world to allow others to build something as well.
The second type is the real estate that can be owned as an NFT. You may browse them here. There are a total of 1,111 ownable estates ranging from penthouses to crack houses. If you own a real estate as an NFT you can do one of two things:
Build
Create a cafe, a gallery, a storefront, or a promotional area for your new project. You're free to build anything you want and it'll permanently stay a part of the game world.
Rent
If you have an unused building space, you're free to rent it out to other players for $SSC. You set the price and time period.
